Cue the happy tears!

On Sara & Alex’s wedding day, there was a heart felt moment that I have to highlight, that made the whole day much more unique and special.

Alex’s mother surprised him with custom-made cufflinks in memory of his grandfather that had passed away. Since Alex was very close with his grandfather, it made his wedding day much more special having his grandfather along with him during this big day. I love these types of surprises! These cufflinks made their wedding day so much more sentimental.

And of course, Sara was stunningly beautiful and SO calm. Y’all, she is the definition of what an #AshleyElizabethBride is. Not only is she the sweetest soul, but we were a whole hour and a half ahead of schedule! WHAT!? She was sailing through hair and make-up, eager to get to the next part of the day. Everything moved smoothly. She was calm and excited to marry her best friend!

Their wedding was such a fun day. We got tons of photos with all the free time we had and they danced the night away with all of their friends and family. Nothing is more fun than going back through your reception photos, because all the fun is happening in those photos!

Thank you both for allowing me to capture such a momentous day at the beautiful Springfield Barn. It was a blast to be with you, from the confetti pop to the first dance and everything in-between. You two are truly meant for one another and I can’t wait to see where life takes you.
